2. Products and Services

We offer baked goods, pastries, cakes, pies, macarons, and related food items. All products are handmade and may vary in appearance due to natural variations in the baking process.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders may be placed online, in‑store, or by phone
• Full payment may be required at the time of ordering
• We accept credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods
• Prices are subject to change but will be honored once your order is confirmed

If payment fails or is reversed, your order may be canceled.

4. Order Changes and Cancellations

• Standard orders may be canceled at least 48 hours before pickup
• Custom cake, pie, or large catering orders require 5 days’ notice for cancellation
• Once production has begun, cancellations may not be eligible for refunds
• Last‑minute changes may incur additional charges or may not be possible

Refund decisions are made at our discretion.

5. Pickup and Delivery

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the scheduled time.
If an item is not picked up within 24 hours, it may be discarded without refund.

Delivery, if offered, is subject to delivery fees and availability.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or third‑party couriers.

6. Allergen Notice

Our products are made in a kitchen that uses common allergens, including wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, soy, and other ingredients.

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies.
We are not liable for allergic reactions or miscommunications regarding allergens.

7. Returns, Refunds & Quality Concerns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory item, please contact us within 24 hours with details and photos when applicable.

We may offer:
• A replacement item
• Store credit
• A partial or full refund, based on the situation

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
